DAY 1: TEKIRDAG-CAPPADOCIA

Our trip starts with meeting with our guests. Continuing in the direction of Istanbul, Bolu, Ankara-Gölbaşı, we come across the beauty of the Salt Lake, which resembles a white paradise, near Şereflikoçhisar. Located in the deepest part of a tectonic pit and surrounded by plateaus, the Salt Lake is also known as 'Koçhisar Lake'. This depression area, formed by tectonic ground movements during the Neogene phase, is surrounded by active faults in the southeast and west directions. Meteorological waters infiltrating underground melt the salt domes at the bottom of the lake and carry the salty waters to the surface from tectonic lines. After this process, which is the description of the salt formation of the lake, the salt at the bottom is collected and processed and comes to our tables as sodium chloride, that is, salt. Following Aksaray, we arrive in the Cappadocia region in the morning.

DAY 2: IHLARA VALLEY-AĞAÇALTI and YILANLI CHURCH-KAYMAKLI UNDERGROUND CITY-THE THREE BEAUTY-ASMALI KONAK-TURASAN WINE FACTORY
We begin to tour the Cappadocia region, which emerged with the erosion of the soft layers formed by the lava and ashes sprayed by the mountains in the region for millions of years by rain and wind. We are going to the foot of Hasan Mountain, one of the highest mountains of Central Anatolia. We see the Selime village and the Selime Cathedral, which are on our route, panoramically. We arrive at Ihlara Valley, one of the most important retreats of the Cappadocia region. In Ihlara Valley, where you can find nature and history intertwined with 105 churches and the Melendiz Stream flowing through it, and which gives a different excitement to people due to the fact that there are still people living in it, we visit the Ağaçaltı Church and the Yılanlı Church and carry out our tour here with the information of our guide. We take a pleasant walk along the Melendiz Stream. We see the Derinkuyu Park Mosque, one of the most interesting and modern mosques in Turkey, and the largest Atatürk statue in Turkey, located in the same place, in a panoramic view. Leaving this fascinating environment, we give you the opportunity to buy very tasty double roasted pumpkin seeds grown in the region.
